I'm thinking of starting a fitness and supplement blog. It will explain how I got my body back after a horrific car accident shattering my pelvis in 3 places and being unable to walk for 6 months. Not being able to walk during this 6 month period, I put on about 10 pounds. I've lost 15 lbs since then. I work out 3-4 times per week, and I eat as much as I want until I'm FULL and SATISFIED at every meal. There is nothing that I cannot eat when I want. I found the secret to balancing food, exercise and lifestyle. It's amazing to be satisfied in every area. Despite what the experts tell you (I've hired them all over the years) no sacrifices are really necessary to look how you want if you do things smart. Everything you've read or heard is designed to get you to buy a product. It's all biased advice. I have the secret to working out less, eating what you want and still having the ideal body. This works for both guys and girls. It's all about being lean. Have you ever seen a guy or a girl with abs and think they don't looked great? Having definition in your stomach is what it's all about because that means the rest of your body is in shape. Getting this definition is almost impossible no matter how hard you work or diet if you don't know how to do it right. I've had every personal trainer under the sun and they all have been a WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!!! Who wants the right answers- the truth of the matter that WORKS – rather than being swamped with advertising selling bogus products that don't work? 10,000 people to like this post and the blog starts. Who wants the TRUTH on exactly what you need to do and eat every day to get the body you want? Like this post and when we get to 10,000 the blog will start!This information will change your life. #fitnesstip:It's good to take a week off of working out here and there. Helps your body fully recover and shocks it for when your hit it hard again. That's my secret. I just got back to a work out after 4days off. Good stuff.
