My dinner last night. #fitnesstip- When you order chicken from a restaurant, ask them to cook it with olive oil and not butter. Your body will not only get omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, but olive oil is also sodium-free and cholesterol-free. Remember don’t eat the potatoes! Get full on the greens and proteins first.
