Ok… Here it is.. There is a really GOOD reason part 2 of my #FitnessBlog hasn’t come out, I cant (contractually) tell you why yet, but its really good. So, What is going to happen now? I’m going to make my favorite healthy breakfast omelet for you and post all about it. Followed up by my healthy Kung Pow chicken dish. Super easy, and I’m sure you already have the ingredients in your pantry. In both posts I will release little hints about what is happening and in about 4 weeks I will be able to just tell you.
