#fitnesstip- Just because it says “low carb” or “gluten free”, does not mean it’s a healthy snack. Your body will not only get omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, but olive oil is also sodium-free and cholesterol-free. Remember don’t eat the potatoes! Get full on the greens and proteins first.
